Carrier Sales Representative

As a Carrier Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for sourcing new and existing carrier partners to service our customers with a high level of transparency and attention to detail. The Carrier Representative will be a strong relationship builder, determined to elevate service and leverage market conditions and carrier partnerships to achieve the long term financial goals of Logan Premium. 

 

This is an onsite role in Skopje, North Macedonia.


 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Use digital platforms to source new and existing carrier partners for high volume lanes.

  • Negotiate with carrier partners to enhance margin and achieve financial goals. 

  • Track active loads to ensure on time pick up and delivery.

  • Resolve in-transit issues by working cross functionally across departments.

  • Communicate with teammates and carrier partners to service our customers effectively and catch issues before they arise.

This role is fully onsite in our Skopje, MK office Monday through Friday, between 14:00 and 23:00 MK Time.

 

Salary: 

1 year of experience: 46,000 MKD

2 years of experience: 51,000 MKD

3+ years of experience: 57,000 MKD

 

Yearly raises of 5,700 MKD until 57,000 MKD and 2.5% of gross margin on loads booked. 

After Hours Track and Trace Specialist

We focus on long-term relationships, impeccable attention to detail, and meticulous tracking to deliver reliably, on-time solutions while maintaining the highest standards of transparency and trust in every interaction. 

 

As a Track and Trace Specialist you’ll be responsible for communicating with drivers directly, ensuring all loads are on track for on-time pick up and delivery. The Track and Trace Specialist will be ensuring all next scheduled calls are set accurately and all loads are being tracked electronically via Macropoint. This role is critical for the success of Logan Premium’s customer service.

 

This is an onsite role in Skopje, North Macedonia.


 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Oversee all in transit shipments and confirm all drivers are tracking on time and via Macropoint.

  • Communicate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery from the point of dispatch through the final delivery.

  • Work closely across departments to communicate any late drivers, bounces, or in transit issues as they arise.

  • Data Entry.

  • Ensure all shipments are accurately updated in McLeod with detailed notes and next scheduled calls.

  • Proactively identify potential service failures. 

  • Assist with recovering bounced loads and prebooking early loaders.

  • Manager customer operations for a Senior Sales Representative; tracking, paperwork collection, and appointment scheduling. 

  • Learn best practices for Customer Operations, including prompt communication, issues resolution, and relationship management. 

  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and carriers sales to ensure a cohesive and effective customer operations and growth strategy.

Claims and Compliance Specialist

As a Claims and Compliance specialist, you will be managing claims, vetting all new carrier partners, and detecting and preventing fraud within existing loads and carrier partners. If you are highly detail oriented, enjoy solving complex issues, and are able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

 

This is an onsite role in Skopje, North Macedonia.


 

What You’ll Do 

 

  • Vet new carriers prior to onboarding by crosschecking multiple online databases. 

  • Manage and resolve claims as they arise. 

  • Continually monitor existing carrier partners to ensure continued compliance. 

  • Monitor active loads to detect potential red flags and identify fraud in real-time. 

  • Update carrier profiles to align with available information on online databases.

  • Previous exposure to the claims management process from  beginning to end.
