We are looking for individuals that have the drive to build, maintain and grow carrier relationships. Applicants must have 1-2 years of carrier sales experience, with an emphasis on relationship building and lane development. This position’s compensation will be a combination of base salary and commission. High performers will be supported with operations teams built underneath them. We want to grow around our people and set them up for long term career success.
We are looking for someone that is:

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and analytical

  • A critical thinker and can apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues

  • A long-term thinker; with the ability to identify and solve customer issues proactively

What you will be doing:
The Carrier Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing and procuring carrier services, using proactive sales and negotiation skills while always focusing on growing long-term relationships and financial goals. Knowledge of Mcleod is a plus!
