The Opportunity:
Logan Premium Logistics is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing team of Customer Sales Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams and achieving revenue growth. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and executing strategies for growing our customer sales, as well as training and developing our sales team to be successful and effective in their roles.


Responsibilities:
● Empower your team: Lead a team of Customer Sales Representatives, providing
guidance and support to help them develop professionally and achieve their goals.
● Manage Performance: Monitor and develop KPIs and encourage the development of both new and existing accounts. Implement new strategies for growth and new customer development.
● Lead by Example: Develop and implement strategies for growing our customer sales and achieving company revenue targets. Demonstrate best practices for prospecting and new customer acquisition.
● Build your Team: Help recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members. Collaborate with Marketing to grow our brand on social media and attract top sales talent.
● Develop your Team: Train and coach sales team members on effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
● Dive Deep: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for
improvement.
● Work as a Team: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and
operations, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.


Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
● Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Experience in encouraging professional development.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Sales Account Executive

Manage longterm relationships. 

We are looking for individuals that have the drive to build, maintain and grow customer relationships to help grow with our team. Applicants must have experience in logistics sales. This position’s compensation will be a combination of base salary and commission. High performers will be supported with operations and sales teams built underneath them. We want to build around our people and set them up for long term career success.



We are looking for someone that is:

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and analytical

  • Critical thinker and can apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues

  • Long-term thinking; with the ability to identify and solve customer issues proactively




Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Serve as a resource to customers regarding transportation service offerings

  • Earn and keep the trust and confidence of customers

  • Recommend product solutions that fit customers needs

  • Provide in depth knowledge and understanding of the logistics and transportation industry to customers

  • Manage your load board and always ensure loads are serviced properly

  • Grow your own book of business

Carrier Sales Representative

Problem-Solve Efficiently.

We are looking for individuals that have the drive to build, maintain and grow carrier relationships. Applicants must have 1-2 years of carrier sales experience, with an emphasis on relationship building and lane development. This position’s compensation will be a combination of base salary and commission. High performers will be supported with operations teams built underneath them. We want to grow around our people and set them up for long term career success.
 
We are looking for someone that is:

What you will be doing:
 
The Carrier Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing and procuring carrier services, using proactive sales and negotiation skills while always focusing on growing long-term relationships and financial goals. Knowledge of Mcleod is a plus!
