Sales Account Executive

Manage longterm relationships. 

We are looking for individuals that have the drive to build, maintain and grow customer relationships to help grow with our team. Applicants must have experience in logistics sales. This position’s compensation will be a combination of base salary and commission. High performers will be supported with operations and sales teams built underneath them. We want to build around our people and set them up for long term career success.



We are looking for someone that is:

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and analytical

  • Critical thinker and can apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues

  • Long-term thinking; with the ability to identify and solve customer issues proactively




Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Serve as a resource to customers regarding transportation service offerings

  • Earn and keep the trust and confidence of customers

  • Recommend product solutions that fit customers needs

  • Provide in depth knowledge and understanding of the logistics and transportation industry to customers

  • Manage your load board and always ensure loads are serviced properly

  • Grow your own book of business

Carrier Sales Representative

Problem-Solve Efficiently.

We are looking for individuals that have the drive to build, maintain and grow carrier relationships. Applicants must have 1-2 years of carrier sales experience, with an emphasis on relationship building and lane development. This position’s compensation will be a combination of base salary and commission. High performers will be supported with operations teams built underneath them. We want to grow around our people and set them up for long term career success.
 
We are looking for someone that is:

What you will be doing:
 
The Carrier Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing and procuring carrier services, using proactive sales and negotiation skills while always focusing on growing long-term relationships and financial goals. Knowledge of Mcleod is a plus!
