As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for using multiple avenues to build, maintain and grow customer relationships to heighten our team.
This is an onsite role in Burr Ridge, Illinois.
What You’ll Do:

Utilize cold outreach via phone, email and online resources to build a strong pipeline and onboard new business.

Serve as a resource to customers regarding transportation service offerings.

Earn and keep the trust of customers with exceptional service and communication.

Provide in-depth knowledge and understanding of the logistics industry to customers.

Expand your book of business by developing new relationships and expanding relationships with current customers.

Qualifications:
-
A minimum of 1-2 years of Customer Sales experience.

Demonstrated ability to build a book of business through cold outreach.

Experience in McLeod is a huge plus.

Proven ability to work both as a team and an individual contributor.
This role is fully onsite in our Burr Ridge, IL office Monday through Friday, between 7am and 4pm cst.
Salary plus 25% on a paid in, non recoverable draw.

Performance based bonuses before commission to earn up to $28,000 in your first 90 days, and $96,000 in your first year.

Carrier Sales Representative

As a Carrier Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for sourcing new and existing carrier partners to service our customers with a high level of transparency and attention to detail. The Carrier Representative will be a strong relationship builder, determined to elevate service and leverage market conditions and carrier partnerships to achieve the long term financial goals of Logan Premium.
This is an onsite role in Burr Ridge, Illinois.
What You’ll Do:

Use digital platforms to source new and existing carrier partners for high volume lanes.

Negotiate with carrier partners to enhance margin and achieve financial goals.

Track active loads to ensure on time pick up and delivery.

Resolve in-transit issues by working cross functionally across departments.

Communicate with teammates and carrier partners to service our customers effectively and catch issues before they arise.

Salary: $60,000 plus 5% commission on the gross margin of all loads booked; no draw. Carrier Sales representatives earn commission month two.

Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships. You’ll serve as the key point of contact for your accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients scale, resolve complex problems and drive growth. This role is critical to Logan Premium’s long term growth and business development.
This is an onsite role in Burr Ridge, Illinois.
What You’ll Do:

Take over client relationships after onboarding, ensuring flawless service, long term growth strategy and effective issue resolution.

Serve as a resource to customers regarding transportation service offerings.
-
Identify and pursue all upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
-
Earn and maintain the trust of customers with exceptional service and communication.

Understand in-depth knowledge of each client’s goals, pain points, and growth plans.

Work closely with internal teams including Carrier, Customer Sales and Customer Operations to ensure service is met and problems are solved proactively.

Handle quoting opportunities and RFQs.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in an ever changing environment.

Comfortable leading client calls, handling objections and offering proactive recommendations.
This role is fully onsite in our Burr Ridge, IL office Monday through Friday, between 7am and 4pm cst.
Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and quarterly bonus, salary range is based on experience.
