Our Three Layer-Dip of Tracking

At Logan Premium we have one of the most rigorous tracking processes in the industry. No single system or individual is fool proof, which is why we’ve built multiple levels of oversight to make sure every load is accounted for at all times.     


  • Every load is tracked by our booking representative, tracking team and account managers. 

  • The driver’s previous load status is monitored to detect potential delays (late unloading, mechanical issues) before they affect your shipment.

  • Our entire tracking process is overseen by our team leads while simultaneously being electronically monitored through MacroPoint and Trucker Tools.

  • This means that every single load has at least three sets of eyes on it plus oversight from leadership and continuous electronic tracking ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Proactive Monitoring; catching problems before they happen. 

  • Our tracking process starts before the driver has even been dispatched to pick up your load. 

  • The drivers’ previous load status is monitored to detect potential delays (late unloading, mechanical issues) before they affect your shipment.

  • Swift Problem Resolution; taking the issues off your plate.

  • Any delays are acted upon within minutes, not hours. 

  • We’ll secure a backup solution before the delay becomes a failure. 

  • We’ll absorb any additional costs to secure a recovery truck and ensure on-time pickup, even if it means a short term loss on our end. We don’t fail on loads.
