  • Carrier and driver details: Carrier identification and registration information, equipment information, driver contact details, and information needed to verify and work with a carrier.

  • Shipment and transaction details: Quotes, load information, pickup and delivery locations, appointments, status updates, documents, invoices, payment information, and claims information.

  • Tracking information: Location and shipment progress information while a load is being tracked.

  • Communications: Information you provide in forms, emails, calls, texts, support requests, and other exchanges with us.

  • Applicant information: Resumes, work history, and other information you submit when applying for a job.

  • Website and device information: IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, and information gathered through cookies or similar technologies.

 

We may collect this information from you, the business you represent, other parties involved in a shipment, public or industry sources, and companies that provide services to us.

4. Text messages

If you consent to receive texts from Logan Premium, we may send messages related to business inquiries and shipments you are handling. These may include load details, dispatch instructions, pickup and delivery information, appointment changes, tracking requests, status updates, document requests, and shipment issues.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. A communications provider may process the information necessary to send messages on our behalf.

Consent to receive texts is separate from your use of our website or transportation services. If you opt out of texts, we may contact you through another appropriate channel about an active shipment.
 

5. When we share information

We share information when reasonably needed to provide transportation services. For example, relevant shipment, contact, and tracking information may be shared with the customer, carrier, driver, shipper, receiver, or facility involved in a load.

We may also share information with companies that perform services for us, such as website hosting, communications, carrier verification, shipment tracking, technology support, billing, and payment processing. We provide information needed for their work on our behalf.

You may opt out of Logan Premium text messages by replying STOP. If you receive a marketing email from us, you may use its unsubscribe instructions or contact us directly.

Our website and transportation services are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through them.
